Lodging Host Hotel Corp seeks a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations at the Hampton Inn Austin/Airport Area South. You will lead daily operations, set growth goals, and ensure brand standards across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to relocate if necessary, and a track record of improving profitability. Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed by the hotel.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in hotel management with at least one year of hotel-related sales preferred.
• Two year degree required, four year degree preferred.
• Ability to relocate if necessary.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you will help our company grow and thrive.Hours in general are Full Time, Monday - Friday, but may vary as needed by the hotel.
