Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant/retail experience and two years of management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion.
• Ability to make guests smile and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Articulate and effective communicator in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; typical GM hours may be lengthy.

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities to the restaurant team and lead with integrity.

• Roll out company initiatives across the restaurant with conviction.
• Continuously review operations to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
