• Proficiency in back-of-house systems and performance reviews.
• Strong conflict-resolution and clear verbal/written communication.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing internal leaders.
• Schedule adherence, labor and expense tracking, and local marketing.
• Food safety compliance and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays with flexible shifts.
• Must obtain required safety licenses and have valid driver's license.
