Noodles Grand Forks 32nd Ave S is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee P&L, staff development, and a fast-paced team, while mentoring teammates to deliver high-quality food and service. This role requires hands-on leadership, weekend availability, and a commitment to safety and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant/retail experience and two years of management.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with skill and discretion.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
