Job summary

Rocket Carwash is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy location in Iowa, driving guest experience and a high-performance culture. You will set service standards, coach staff, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure safe, efficient operations while representing the brand in the community.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, a driver’s license, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and uphold service standards.
• Mentor and coach team members with regular performance feedback.
• Staffing, hiring, and scheduling to meet business demands.
• Oversee operations, safety, budgets, and payroll functions.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction.
