Rocket Carwash is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy Des Moines location and drive top-tier guest experiences. You will champion service standards, connect with guests by name, and rally the team to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced carwash environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, safety, and daily operations, ensuring KPI success and a high-performance culture while maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with productivity tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Elevate guest experience by leading the Rocket Guest Service model and personalizing service.
• Act as the site “Mayor” to connect with guests and ensure a top-notch visit.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, and coaching to drive daily results.
• Monitor site KPIs and coach teams toward ambitious goals; manage safety and operations.
