Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel GM experience in Select Service or Extended Stay properties preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Open availability and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company/franchise standards.
• Delegate authority and assign responsibilities to employees.
• Monitor cost controls and assist in budget planning.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and resolve complaints.
• Conduct wage scale surveys and ensure timely payroll submissions.
• Order supplies and equipment as needed.
