Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive hotel experience or a 4-year college degree with 4–5 years related experience.
• 2-year college degree with 5–6 years related experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.

• Develop and execute sales plans to maximize bookings and revenue.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and issue resolution.
