Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within HVAC/mechanical contracting or related services.
• Experience as General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change and business transformation.
• Experience assessing organizations and implementing improvements across people, processes, and systems.
• Strong understanding of service, installation, project execution, and field leadership.
• Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders, and create accountability.
• Finance-savvy with experience managing profitability and performance metrics.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Desire to lead growth and change in a PE-backed platform.
