Job summary

Jobot is seeking a General Manager to serve as the senior-most leader of a well-established HVAC business within a growing private equity-backed platform. The role focuses on assessing the current state, developing a clear operational strategy, and implementing people, processes, and systems to improve performance and support future growth.

You will lead across the organization, establish discipline, and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within HVAC and mechanical contracting.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change and business transformation.
• Experience assessing organizations and implementing improvements across people, processes, and systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
