Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in service/HVAC environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple P&Ls across dispersed teams.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/building-automation systems.
• Experience in business development, customer retention, and financial oversight.
• Strong coaching skills to align teams around goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set divisional goals and growth strategies; drive sales, business development, and new-customer pipelines
• Cultivate and expand client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat-work opportunities
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple units, enforcing safety, quality, and performance standards
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews; implement efficiency and margin-improvement initiatives
• Recruit, develop, and coach managers and technicians; partner with HR on talent planning and succession
• Collaborate with fellow General Managers to share best practices and support enterprise-wide service objectives
