Zohorecruit is seeking a dynamic Director to lead both Business Development and Marketing for our AI-driven Talent Intelligence and Recruitment Automation platform. This remote role focuses on driving revenue growth, market expansion, and GTM excellence across global staffing and enterprise HR ecosystems.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in SaaS/HRTech/ATS sales with marketing leadership experience, and a proven ability to close enterprise deals in US/India markets.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years of SaaS/HRTech/ATS sales experience.
• Experience leading marketing functions and GTM strategy.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment workflows and MSP programs.
• Ability to close high-value enterprise deals and build revenue engines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end revenue strategy including enterprise acquisition and subscription growth.
• Conduct product demos and ROI-driven solution selling to leadership teams.
• Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline with CRM discipline.
• Develop strategic partnerships with ATS vendors, MSP programs, and HR service platforms.
• Lead overall marketing strategy and demand generation across channels.
• Represent the company at industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine GTM and roadmap priorities.
