WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Battle Creek is seeking a General Manager to lead a location's operations, drive revenue, and maintain safety and service standards. This role reports to the Area Director and requires a hands-on leader who can mentor a team.

The base salary is $60,000 to $65,000 per year with bonus potential, and the position involves 45–50 hours weekly, plus benefits such as health coverage, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, POS systems.
