Job summary

Hall's Culligan of Tiffin is seeking a General Manager who leads from the front, overseeing customer service, sales strategy, operations, finances, and scorecard metrics. The role includes budgeting, staff development, and strategic reporting to executive management.

The General Manager will focus on continuous improvement, dealer profitability, and long-term success through business development and performance assessment of staff and processes.

Qualifications

• Management experience required; sales/management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of routing efficiencies and logistics management, budgeting, and P&L.
• Ability to motivate staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current revenue and cost budgets.
• Hire, retain, and train all staff.
• Manage day-to-day employee activities.
• Oversee route completions, evaluations, and operations.
• Oversee collections, repossession efforts, and staff training.
• Improve customer relations.
• Uphold organization standards and service quality.
• Oversee billing for customer accounts and updates.
• Protect company assets with P&L accountability and annual budget goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs with Field Team to share best practices.
• Maintain location vehicles and scheduled maintenance.
• Manage office functions (delinquents, petty cash, payables).
