Job summary

Volarify is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a branch in the Englewood/Denver area, owning overall operations and driving growth. You will oversee a high-performing team, manage financials, and ensure project excellence across restoration services including mitigation and rebuilds.

The role requires proven leadership in service industries, strong business acumen, and the ability to energize teams while meeting growth targets. A growth mindset and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing a service-oriented business.
• Strong business acumen and P&L management experience.
• Experience in operations and/or sales leadership, preferably in restoration or related industries.
• Ability to energize and develop teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Growth mindset with quick learning and adaptability.
• Industry certifications such as IICRC are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service delivery.
• Oversee P&L performance, managing full-cycle financials including cash flow, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure operational and financial goals are achieved.
• Build and motivate high-performing teams through hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, compliance, and safety across all service lines.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Drive local market expansion and strengthen customer relationships through community and industry engagement.
