Job summary

Volarify is seeking a dynamic General Manager in Englewood, CO to own branch operations, drive growth, and lead a high-performing team. You will oversee sales, mitigation, reconstruction, and administration while maintaining the company''s reputation for quality and integrity.

Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 with a bonus potential up to 50% of base, plus comprehensive benefits including life and disability coverage, optional medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and company assets such as

Qualifications

• Experience growing a service-oriented business.
• Strong business acumen and P&L management.
• Proven track record in operations and/or sales leadership.
• Ability to energize and develop teams while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service delivery.
• Oversee P&L performance, managing cash flow, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
• Build and motivate high-performing teams through hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, compliance, and safety across service lines.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to execute growth plans.
• Drive local market expansion and strengthen customer relationships.
