Job summary

Volarify is seeking a dynamic General Manager in Englewood, CO to own the total operations of the branch. You will lead a high-performing team, drive financial performance, and ensure project execution aligns with our client’s reputation for quality and integrity.

You will oversee sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service while partnering with regional and corporate leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to grow a service-oriented business.
• Strong business acumen with P&L oversight.
• Experience leading operations and/or sales in service industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, admin and customer service.
• Oversee P&L performance and cash flow, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Build and motivate high-performing teams through hiring, training and coaching.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, compliance and safety across service lines.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders on growth initiatives.
• Drive local market expansion and strengthen customer relationships.
