Volarify is seeking a General Manager to lead our Englewood, CO branch, owning total operations from sales through service delivery. You will guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional restoration projects and customer outcomes, while driving financial performance and strategic growth.

The role demands strong business acumen, P&L oversight, and proven leadership in a service organization. A growth mindset and collaborative partnership with regional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience growing a service-oriented business.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Experience in operations and/or sales leadership in restoration or similar service industries.
• Ability to energize and develop teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Growth mindset with fast learning and adaptability.
• IICRC certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, admin, and customer service.
• Oversee P&L performance and full-cycle financials including cash flow and costs.
• Monitor KPIs to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Build and motivate high‑performing teams through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Ensure project execution, compliance, and safety across service lines.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on initiatives and growth plans.
• Drive local market expansion and strengthen customer relationships.
