Our Client in Englewood, CO is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the branch, own results, drive growth, and inspire a high-performing team within a trusted restoration leader. You will oversee total operations, from sales to mitigation and rebuilds, ensure project excellence, and partner with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives while expanding local market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing a service-oriented business.
• Strong business acumen and P&L management experience.
• Experience in operations and/or sales leadership, preferably in restoration or service-driven industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations including sales, mitigation, reconstruction, administration, and customer service delivery.
• Oversee P&L performance, managing full-cycle financials including cash flow, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure operational and financial goals are achieved.
• Build and motivate high-performing teams through hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure excellence in project execution, compliance, and safety across all service lines.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Drive local market expansion and strengthen customer relationships through community and industry engagement.
