Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a team of Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors at Speeders Car Wash in Millburn, NJ. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, profitability, and efficient operations in an outdoor environment.

You will oversee a 50+ hour work week, manage performance, and drive improvements across analytics, staffing, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50+ hour work week – Including evenings and weekends
• Advanced computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
• 4+ years of successful management experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
• Drive business for your site of operation
• Develop your team and manage corrective action
• Repair minor mechanical issues; maintain a safe and clean work area
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
• Other duties as assigned
