Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at NEW Speeders Car Wash coming soon in Plainfield, NJ. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, sales initiatives, and a safe, efficient operation in outdoor conditions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working evenings and weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Experience in supervision or team leadership

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful
