Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a seasoned site leader to drive performance at a fast-growing car wash operation in Morris County, NJ. You will manage a team of Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to deliver guest service excellence in a dynamic outdoor setting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of successful management experience, strong communication skills (bilingual a plus), and a hands-on approach to improve operations, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills are required for daily operations and reporting.
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge is important for site mechanics and maintenance.
• Minimum 4+ years of successful management experience.
• Bilingual ability is a plus for team communication and guest interactions.
• Carwash industry experience helps understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site-specific analytics and issue reporting.
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives to improve operations.
• Drive business growth for the specific site of operation.
• Develop the team and oversee corrective actions.
• Repair minor mechanical issues as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-aware work area.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and profitability.
• Resolve customer and membership issues promptly.
• Recruit and coach team members to uphold company values and service standards.
• Manage all fiscal responsibilities for the site.
• Other duties as assigned.
