Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings, a premier car wash operator, is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at Speeders Car Wash in Chester, NJ. The role requires leadership, supervisory experience, and a strong drive to deliver excellent guest service in outdoor conditions.

You will participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives, maintain a safe work area, and coach the team to meet company standards. 50-hour weeks, weekends; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and being on your feet for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned
