Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a seasoned site leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, Attendants and Supervisors, driving guest service and profitability at NEW Speeders Car Wash (Coming Soon!) in Piscataway, NJ.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations outdoors, report on site analytics, recruit and coach staff, and implement company standards with a focus on safety, service, and growth. Salary ranges $75,000–$80,000 plus an operational bonus.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50+ Hour Work Week - Including Evenings and Weekends
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
• 4+ years of successful management experience
• Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives
• Drive business for your site of operation
• Develop your team and manage corrective action
• Repair minor mechanical issues
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Manage all fiscal responsibility for site
• Other duties as assigned
