Job summary

Bojangles Beaufort, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our restaurants. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and foster a positive team culture.

This hands-on role rewards initiative, leadership, and strong guest service, with opportunities to advance to General Manager as you develop operational and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lead and motivate in a high-energy environment
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic business operations
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Help manage scheduling, labor controls, and team productivity
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance
• Step into GM’s absence and make sound operational decisions
• Handle guest issues with professionalism and swift resolution
• Contribute to team accountability, morale, and goal achievement
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
