• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in a food-service setting is preferred.
• 4–6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining experience is strongly preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in accordance with company policies.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction and performance.
• Drive sales, meet goals, and manage profitability and cost controls.
• Ensure OSHA, health and safety codes are met and maintain safe environment.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of employees.
