Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, manage staff, and uphold company policies. You will provide leadership, training, and development to all direct reports, while ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in a manager role.
• 4–6 years in family/fast-food/casual dining leadership preferred.
• College or culinary schooling preferred.
• Alcohol service age requirements for manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff in line with company policies and laws.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees; assign work and evaluate performance.
• Drive sales, control labor and food costs, and maintain profitability.
• Cultivate guest-focused culture and high engagement in service standards.
• Communicate performance metrics and cascade corporate programs to managers.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, cash controls, inventory management.
