Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience required or strongly preferred.
• 4–6 years of leadership experience in family, fast-food or casual dining is strongly preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff according to company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; discipline when needed.
• Drive sales and profitability; manage P&L and control costs including food, labor, and inventory.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement; model professional behavior and foster a hospitable atmosphere.
