The Role

As a General Manager, you own the overall success of your store — its sales, profitability, team, and guest experience. You'll build and develop a high-performing team, manage the business end to end, and serve as the bridge between your store and the corporate team.

Compensation

• Base Pay - $57,000-58,000 per [year], based on experience
• Performance Bonus - Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earned On - Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp - $[base] + up to ~$31,300 bonus / year annualized at full achievement.

The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility. Benefits vary by role, scheduled hours, and location; HR will confirm specific eligibility.
