Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe, located in Avondale, AZ, is seeking an entry-level storefront associate (Barista/Cashier). The role offers full-/part-time hours with weekend availability, paying $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
