Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a confident Store Manager to lead a busy Federal Way location. You will own the store’s performance, develop a high-performing team, manage P&L and labor, and serve as the liaison to the corporate team. Excellence in safety, quality, and guest experience is expected.

The role requires 2+ years of store or restaurant management, a high school diploma, and the ability to supervise 10+ staff. Full-time hours including holidays, nights and weekends are required.

• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong business acumen including P&L, labor, and scheduling, plus proven leadership.

Compensation

Details

• Base Pay $30.75 – 31.25 per [hour], based on experience
• Performance Bonus Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earning On Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp $[base] + up to ~$31,300 bonus / year annualized at full achievement.

The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility. Benefits vary by role, scheduled hours, and location; HR will confirm specific eligibility.
