Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Arrowhead Ranch/Glendale is hiring an entry-level Storefront Associate (Barista/Cashier). The role is Full-Time/Part-Time with a focus on friendly, efficient service and weekend availability.

You will greet customers, help with product selection, operate the POS, and prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. A high school diploma is preferred and prior retail/restaurant experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast customer service.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Physical Requirements
