Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a General Manager (Food Services) to oversee operations at a high-volume, on-site dining facility. You will manage client relations, staff, and menus while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role requires post-secondary education with 5+ years in foodservice management, experience leading large teams, and strong financial oversight to control costs. AFST and health & safety training preferred, with commitment to excellence.

Formación

• Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in a high-volume retail food service environment.
• Advanced Food Service Training and Health & Safety Certification (or willing to complete within 90 days).
• Experience managing a large team of associates and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee staff management and scheduling for a large operation.
• Lead menu planning and concept execution across multiple concepts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, QA and environmental programs.
• Manage a team of managers and both union and non-union associates.
