Chartwells Higher Education is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee the Culinary Department for a facility at a major client. You will assist in supervision, preparation, and cooking, while helping develop daily menu items and garnishments, and support ordering with the Executive Chef.

This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, high-volume environment and requires strong culinary leadership, plus food safety and computer literacy to manage costs and menus.

Qualifikationen

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience preferred.
• Catering experience a plus.
• Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs.

Aufgaben

• Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assists the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
• Produces and executes catering events.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.
