The role partners with Compass @ Client leadership and Eurest Operations to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, secure environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of one or more foodservice programs.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and recordkeeping compliance.
• Hire, train and orientate new management associates.
• Conduct management meetings and coordinate with client leadership.
