Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience is required.
• 4–6 years of leadership experience in family, fast‑food, or casual dining preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling is preferred.
• Alcohol service requirements follow state law for manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff under company policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees; plan and direct work.
• Drive sales, set goals, and manage profitability; monitor variances.
• Ensure OSHA and health/safety compliance; enforce safety policies.
• Communicate performance to management; cascade programs to staff.
• Coach and mentor team; maintain a hospitable atmosphere and guest satisfaction.
• Control costs by managing inventory, food, and labor; oversee cash handling.
