SFR3 Fund in St. Louis is seeking a General Manager to run the St. Louis market as a self-contained business, overseeing the entire investment lifecycle from renovation through maintenance and turn to maximize yields.

You’ll scope homes, solve problems in real time, and drive performance across cost, quality, and speed. The role requires hands‑on hustle, ownership mentality, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build teams and lead market partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own all renovation, maintenance and turn activity across your region.
• Scope homes and drive daily progress.
• Eliminate renovation backlogs with urgency and discipline.
• Provide the leasing team with accurate project delivery dates.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality completions aligned with HUD/HQS standards.
• Maximize ROI on every home and maintain margin performance.
• Monitor overhead and vendor spend, aiming for efficiency.
• Make data‑informed decisions across projects, vendors and staffing.
• Lead and empower local teams and market partners.
