Marick Mechanical, an Orion Services Group company, is seeking a General Manager for the St. Louis market. This on-site leadership role oversees operations, growth, and profitability, partnering with the President and functional leaders to deliver on commitments to customers and employees.

The GM will lead market-based execution across service, construction/projects, maintenance, and sales, while maintaining safety, quality, and cash performance. A hands-on, owner-minded operator is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, construction management, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in mechanical contracting or related services.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, pricing, contracts, and cash-management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own market performance against the annual operating plan and key metrics.
• Develop and execute the annual market plan with the President.
• Review financials, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain cash discipline: billing, AR, collections, and cost control.
• Lead growth across service, maintenance, and projects; build pipelines and proposals.
