Qualifications

• Experience running a residential services, trades, or construction operation (drywall, painting, restoration, remodeling, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, or similar).
• Experience with budgets or P&L management.
• Ability to estimate and price jobs on site.
• Experience hiring and managing crews or subcontractors.
• Strong communication with customers and teams; comfortable in homes.
• Proficiency with scheduling and quotes in Jobber.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day business including crews, scheduling, estimates, and financials.
• Visit job sites and customers to assess work and gather requirements.
• Build and manage the project schedule and ensure crews have what they need.
• Provide guidance and onboard new technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor project profitability and look for ways to improve outcomes.
