The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Norwood, MA seeks a General Manager who will oversee daily operations, implement growth plans, and lead a team across administrative, sales/marketing, and field staff. You will map out strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, improve revenue, and ensure KPI targets are met, while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.

• Experience in the trades and managing construction workers and projects is required.
