You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining food quality and safety. The General Manager will analyze KPIs, control costs, and implement local marketing initiatives to grow sales and staff development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Experience coaching and developing managers and staff.
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor costs, and cost controls is essential.
• Customer service and problem solving abilities are critical.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operations preferred.
• Reliable transportation to manage multiple shifts as needed.
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily restaurant operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.
• Create schedules based on sales projections and labor goals.
• Monitor payroll, labor costs, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure speed of service and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, ordering, truck deliveries, and product levels.
• Review sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead local store marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain restaurant appearance, equipment, and overall cleanliness.
