Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Bristow, OK seeks a General Manager to lead a multi-brand food service operation. You will own overall store performance, drive profitability, and ensure brand standards across retail and dining concepts.

You will manage P&L, labor, inventory, and food costs while building a high-energy team focused on guest hospitality and safety compliance. ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful General Manager experience in high-volume casual dining or QSR
• Ability to lead teams of 15–30+ employees and develop shift managers into leaders
• Active ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Dual-Operation Leadership: Oversee total store performance across retail and high-volume food concepts
• Total P&L & Financial Accountability: Manage store P&L and control food costs, labor, waste and margins
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, hire, and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, Cashiers, and Kitchen staff
• Guest Hospitality: Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service with hospitality standards
• Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain health dept standards, QA procedures, and brand specs
• Inventory & Merchandising: Direct inventory and vendor relations to maximise stock and gross profit
