Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. You will help manage team performance, ensure standards are met, and step into leadership as needed.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, training, and maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence while controlling costs and addressing guest concerns. You will lead shifts as Manager-on-Duty and help execute company goals.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift execution.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Lead shifts and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Support execution of company initiatives and operational goals.
