Job summary

Randy James Inc., a Jimmy John’s franchisee in Missouri, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, ensure fast, accurate sandwich production and world-class customer service, and uphold profitability. You will lead a team, manage marketing efforts, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, cash handling, and daily/weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fast casual restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to handle stress and high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of In-shoppers and drivers.
• Manage a staff of approximately 5 to 20 employees.
• Assign, oversee and evaluate work; recommend promotions or terminations.
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Route deliveries and supervise drivers for timely service.
• Oversee opening procedures and food preparation.
• Ensure cash drawers are balanced and paperwork is completed.
• Manage marketing efforts and promotions at the location.
