You will lead a team of 5–20 staff, manage scheduling, training, cash handling, and marketing efforts while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires 45+ hours weekly, overtime as needed, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fast casual restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team of 5–20.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and quality.
• Oversee staff, assign work, and evaluate performance.
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure accuracy.
• Route deliveries and support drivers to maximize delivery speed.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory; handle cash drawers.
• Develop and evaluate marketing efforts for the location.
• Complete opening procedures and daily paperwork.
