Job summary

Randy James Inc. in Missouri, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring fast, friendly service and top quality products to drive profitability.

You will manage a 5–20 person staff, handle scheduling, promotions, customer relations and safety standards, while training and developing your team. Fast casual management experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fast casual restaurant management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of approximately 5 to 20 employees.
• Assign, oversee and evaluate work and promotions.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register and ensure accuracy.
• Route deliveries and support drivers to maximize delivery speed.
• Oversee daily food preparation and opening procedures.
• Maintain 100% integrity in systems and procedures and complete paperwork.
• Drive marketing efforts and evaluate promotions at the location.
• Ensure world-class customer service and a clean, organized store.
