Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of management experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Cash handling and cash control procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.Provide leadership to restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, and utilities within guidelines.
• Staff the restaurant with trained personnel and develop junior managers.
