Qualifications

• Supervisory/managerial experience in fast-paced food service or retail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory processes.
• HR responsibilities familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support General Manager to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor staff, ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties for efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor food prep, portions, garnishing, and presentation to spec.
• Resolve customer complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
• Coordinate deliveries and inventory, place orders as needed.
• Utilize POS, handle cash deposits, and maintain records.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance in all tasks.
