Job summary

Wings Over Providence is seeking a General Manager to oversee fast-casual operations at our Providence location. You will lead a team, drive growth, and uphold Wings Over standards in customer experience and food safety.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of management and 3 years of food service experience, with Serv-Safe certification. Flexible availability, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Two years of management experience.
Three years of food service experience, including fast-casual/QSR.
Serv-Safe Certification is required.
Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and hiring to ensure operational excellence.
Monitor and analyze reports on cost of goods, inventory, and labor to identify trends and improve performance.
Lead food safety by enforcing health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in FOH and BOH.
Provide training and regular feedback to ensure consistent product and service quality.
Engage with the community, identify partnerships, and participate in local events.
