Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for the Falcon Writer product suite. The role leads strategy, execution, and P&L, operating as a startup within Veeva to scale a market-leading platform for life sciences customers.

Seeking a high-energy leader with a track record of rapid decision-making, operational rigor, and strong stakeholder management to drive revenue and customer success in a flexible Work-Anywhere environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in leadership roles spanning strategy, execution, delivery, or product management.
• Strong commercial acumen with history of closing and expanding enterprise deals.
• Deep experience building scalable GTM structures in high-growth environments.
• Outstanding prioritization with focus on business outcomes and customer value.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end vision, long-term roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to establish Falcon Writer as the category leader.
• Act as executive sponsor on high-stakes deals, building strategic partnerships with enterprise accounts and ensuring adoption and retention.
• Be the public face of the product, communicating vision and value at industry events.
• Scale operations and team execution by hiring and retaining top talent and establishing scalable delivery and contracting processes.
• Drive product innovation and quality through close partnership with Product leadership.
• Own P&L and performance metrics including revenue, services profitability, and customer satisfaction.
